Hi, I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G mobile and recently got an update to One UI 5.1. Ever since the update, I haven’t been able to connect to my mobile network. Everything was working before the update. I have tried a number of things to get it working including another SIM card, resetting the network settings, wiping the device partition

Unable to unlock, cannot connect to PC, DEX does not work, cannot be backed up. Same symptoms as the OP. Connected to WIFI, but no Internet. Every other WIFI Device on same WIFI Network works fine, even when the Note 20 Ultras are having issues. None of the other devices ever needs to be reconnected. Only the 2 Note 20 Ultras I'll have to toggle on and off to get back Internet every few hours. Solution 7: Factory Reset your Galaxy S20. The last option for Samsung S20 not charging may be to reset the device. Many performance issues on your Samsung phone are resolved with this step, but you may lose your data. So, first backup your device, then visit Settings>Backup and Reset> Factory Data Reset> Reset> PIN> Delete.
