SSF Ruthless and Syndicate quest line Act 9. I cannot seem to complete the quest line "find the immortal syndicate" in act 9 SSF Ruthless. I may be mistaken and the syndicate quest line is not an option, but it shows on my screen after speaking with Jun. I have ran the first areas of Act 9 up to the tunnels 3 times now checking every area and On the example of legion, it has 75 % lower spawn rate. Ok, great, but it also has the ruthless standard 90 % decreased drop rate, so it tends to drop 0 - 1 splinters. But those aren't power, just access. And when one finally puts together a symbol to enter 1-way legion, that one has again 90% lower drop rate.
The Loot Filter is the single most important Quality of Life (QOL) addition to Path of Exile. It helps keep your screen free of clutter and allows you to hide items you no longer need. It doesn't just hide bad items though, it also highlights good items with map icons, beams of light, and fully customizable audio alerts.
This one includes the ruthless preset + gold fix, so you can edit it further. FILTERBLADE+PRESET: You can go to filterblade -> presets and find the "Ruthless with Gold" preset under the official tab (might take 1 hour to be visible from the creation of the post) NOTE: IF YOU'RE USING 2 OR 3 ON FILTERBLADE - YOU'LL GET A WARNING ON THE DOWNLOAD
