File location for mods on the Steam Deck I'm struggling to get my game working with the mods I use on PC. While the workshop stuff just works fine, I can't find the place where to save my other mods, which I downloaded from the Internet on Steam Deck's Linux system

You can try this: -open the folder "C:\Users\*your name*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2". -look for the file "game.log.txt" and open it with Notepad. -go to the very last line of it (shortcut: Ctrl+End keys) -if it says "Road network navigation caching started." then all is normal and you just didn't wait long enough. Right click them and go to open file location. For whatever reason, mine were in my videos folder. Now that you've found these sii files, just find the folder that they are in by navigating backwards in the file path. 1. Load previous save, find a Quick Job that's as close to my intended location as possible. 2. Make a new save. Copy the location value from it to POST save, while using the PRE values for job info and gps. I still strongly feel that the true reason for the resets must be unrelated to physical collisions during map changes.

Normally it is saved in the Documents map, but I did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 on my laptop and now my ETS2 file is saved on OneDrive, I thought: Hmm, but I could move it to the Documents file where it belongs to. Only when doing that, and I start Euro Truck, it shows the creating profile screen and that means ETS2 can't find profiles.
